Ingredients-
- Soyabeans (1 cup) or nutrela soaked in hot water and then squeeze the water
- 1 whole carrot cut into thin small finger size pieces
- 7 to 8 beans cut into same size as carrots
- Green capsicum square size pieces
- 2 or 3 green chillies
- One small onion square pieces
- 2 to 3 cloves of grated garlic
- Grated ginger same quantity as garlic
- Red chilly sauce and tomato sauces
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 2 tablespoon white oil
- 1/2th cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon of flour
Steps-



1st heat the pan and oil just for few minutes.. Now add carrots, beans, green chilly, ginger and garlic, and stir all together… Add little salt and cover it for few minutes…

When beans and carrots become soft, add capsicum and keep stirring it until all get mixed together properly… Add some tomato sauce and chilly sauce and mix with all vegetables and Nutrela…

Add 1/2 cup of hot water and cover the lid for 5 to 7 mints…
After that uncover it and sprinkle some flour on it and wait until it gets dry…

Serve it with roti or paratha…
