Grilled Salmon


1. Salmon pieces (boneful or boneless any pieces are okay)

2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

3. 3 to 4 big cloves of grated garlic

4. Handful of chopped cilantro

5. Salt to taste


Marinate the fish with lemon juice and leave it for half hour at least… Then marinate the fish with grated garlic and chopped cilantro and salt… Again rest the marinated fish for an hour…After resting the fish for an hour broil the fish in low heat for 15 to 20 mins… Then flip the fish and again broil in sametemperature for 10 mins again, until it gets little burnt… Serve it hot…

This simple recipe is really delicious…Until and unless u try it u can’t imagine it’s taste… I just love this simple healthy yet delicious preparation…
