Cauliflower Chicken


  1. Half of one small sized cauliflower – grated
  2. One small onion chopped
  3. One small capsicum cut into small squared shapes
  4. 3,4 cloves grated garlic
  5. 100 gm small pieces boneless chicken
  6. 1 tablespoon oil
  7. Salt and sugar to taste
  8. Any chicken masala powder, half teaspoon
  9. Chilly flakes 1/4th teaspoon

First heat a pan with oil.. Add onion, garlic and capsicum one by one and fry them until onion gets little soft…

Add chicken and little salt to taste, and cook for few minutes until chicken gets half cooked…

Now add grated cauliflower, chicken masala powder, chilly flakes and salt to taste… Stir all the ingredients thoroughly and cover the lid for few minutes… When cauliflower and chicken gets cooked fully, uncover it and dry the water which comes out from the cauliflower and chicken. Serve it with roti or paratha…

This healthy recipe is really tasty… Enjoy it in any meal… It is a full course meal in itself…U can have it as a diet food too…
