Cauliflower Chatpata Curry


  1. Medium size florets of cauliflower
  2. Medium size pieces of one medium size potato
  3. One medium size onion, cut into small triangular pieces
  4. One small tomato, cut in triangular shape and remove the seeds
  5. One small bell pepper, triangular shaped pieces
  6. 1 teaspoon of each (red chilly sauce, tomato sauce, tandoori masala)
  7. Green chilly
  8. White oil 2 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste


Cut cauliflower, potato, bell pepper, tomato and onion…

Now heat the pan, add oil. When oil becomes hot, add onions and green chilly, and stir them with little salt…

When onion becomes soft, add capsicum tomato…

And cover the lid for 2,3 mins… Now add sauces and tandoori masala and mix all together

and add steamed cauliflower and potato..thoroughly mix them with masala and cover it for 5mins…

Now uncover it and add hot water and cover it for 5mins… check salt and sugar and if needed add some salt in it…

Check the gravy consistency required…

Serve it with roti or steamed hot rice..
