
Ingredients-
- 5 full boiled eggs
- 1/4th cup of onion paste
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Handful of cilantro
- 1/4th cup of yogurt
- 3, 4 tablespoon of water
- 1/3 cup of onion paste
- 1 teaspoon chilly flakes
- 1 cups of hot water
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 3 tablespoon of white oil
Steps-
Fry the boiled eggs in hot oil, sprinkling some salt on it…

Now make an onion paste…

Now take chopped cilantro, garlic and yogurt and little water (you can add 1 green chilly if you want it to be little hot)


Now after frying the eggs take it out from the oil and add onion paste in the remaining hot oil, add little chilly flakes and salt….

When onion becomes little brownish and oil seperates, add the green paste and mix them throughly for 1 to 2 mins…

Now add 1 cup of hot water and let it boil, add the eggs and little salt too…

After cooking it for few mins with covering the lid, add little sugar if you want, and little chilly flakes, .. Now dry it up to make the gravy little thick… Now taste the gravy for salt and sugar, and if you need to add any of them, add it now…

Serve this dhaniya egg curry with hot steam rice or hand made rooti / bread after resting the gravy for 5mins…
